As a former Operations Director for leading international NGOs, Bashiru Bah has overseen emergency logistics, coordinated vehicle convoys, and led local teams in some of the world’s most challenging and remote environments. He has delivered life-saving aid in conflict zones, natural disasters, and refugee crises across the globe.
Bash founded YesOps to bridge the gaps he saw firsthand. ensuring all vehicles are safe, all drivers are trained (with a special focus on women’s empowerment), and every operational detail meets international compliance standards.
Bash’s leadership is grounded in hands-on experience he has negotiated with armed escorts, trained hundreds of drivers, and built resilient systems that ensure humanitarian operations are audit-ready and fully compliant with donor requirements.
